Job Description
- Deliver excellent customer care
- Schedule and book clients
- Coordinate and manage technicians
- Prepare and manage job cards
- Obtain pricing from suppliers
- Handle invoicing on Pastel
- Prepare quotations
Additional Requirements:
- Must be willing to be on standby over weekends with the company cellphone to coordinate technicians when required
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Experience in sales and service environments
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
