About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tender and Office Coordinator to join our team in Somerset West. As a key member of our administrative support team, you will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operations of our office run smoothly, while also providing critical support to our director. You will have the opportunity to work on fast-paced construction projects, utilizing your expertise in quoting and pricing materials, procuring supplies, and managing administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with typing quotes and pricing of materials for construction projects
  • Procure materials for construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and accurate inventory management
  • Provide expert administrative support to the director, including preparing documents and presentations
  • Self-manage and maintain a tidy and organized office environment

Requirements

  • Matric or equivalent educational qualification
  • 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced administrative role, preferably in construction or related industry
