Job Summary
You will form part of the Spa Team (Hoedspruit & Sabi Sands). You will report to the Spa Manager and work closely with all the Spa Therapists. You will collaborate with the team to ensure a world-class guest experience. Ideally, you will have no less than 3-years of working experience in a high-end spa. REQUIREMENTS: No less than 3 years as a Spa Therapist. No less than 3-years experience in a high-end facility Excellent command of the English language Computer literate Drivers Licence MUST be able to perform ALL Beauty Treatments: e.g. Facials, massages, Waxing, Body Treatments, Manicures & Pedicures TECHNICAL SKILLS/ QUALIFICATIONS: Somatology or similar qualification. An internationally recognized qualification would be SOFT SKILLS: Accountability Adaptability Collaborator Commitment Passion Professionalism Results orientated Lodge spirit WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Here is a little peek into what you would do in our Spa. Guest Engagement. Deliver treatments. Selling treatments. Actively developing the Spa team. Assisting the Spa Therapists with their treatments. Reservations and front desk duties. You will assist with overseeing all admin and financial controls at the Spa. You will assist with daily, weekly and monthly checks including month-end requirements. Ad hoc Site visits Hosting P OSITION DETAILS: Contract type: Permanent Sites: Hoedspruit & Sabi Sands Work Cycle: 6 weeks on 2 weeks off BENEFITS: Accommodation Uniform Meals on duty Cash Provident (7,5%) BASIC SALARY: R7000-R8000 PLUS COMM
