Job Description

Minimum requirements: Matric/secondary qualification and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Accounting or a related field Proven experience in administration, finance, or multi-functional operational management, ideally within complex or remote project environments Strong understanding of Tanzanian labour laws, employment practices, statutory requirements and compliance obligations Competence in budgeting, cost control, basic accounting, payroll administration and financial reporting High proficiency in Microsoft Office, digital management tools, ERP/financial systems and operational data management Strong organisational, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise Demonstrated team leadership, supervisory competence, and experience working with diverse labour forces Ability to manage labour relations, resolve conflict, support training programs and uphold a positive workplace culture Understanding of risk management, including operational, legal and insurance considerations Experience with health & safety compliance, audit preparedness and governance standards Ability to build constructive community and stakeholder relationships, including engagement with local authorities Capacity to work independently in a fast-paced agricultural environment, adapting quickly to new operational sectors Strong initiative, with the ability to support strategic planning, apply sound judgement and implement practical solutions Consultant: Rene Otte – Dante Personnel Greenstone
