Hospitality and Outdoor- New Vacancy- Administrative Assistant Recruitment Agency (Work From Home) About the Role We are looking for a detail-driven, organised Admin Assistant to support our hospitality-focused recruitment agency with daily administrative and candidate-support tasks. This is a full-time ; work-from-home position not a half-day role. Hospitality industry experience is essential ; as you will be working closely with CVs, candidate profiles, and reference checks from the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate is someone who wants to step out of day-to-day hospitality operations but still remain connected to the industry. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough reference checks for hospitality candidates Assist with candidate profiling ; ensuring accurate and insightful summaries Edit; format, and update CVs ; especially for hospitality roles Perform general administrative duties ; including organising documents, managing spreadsheets, and updating internal systems Maintain clear, professional communication with candidates and recruiters Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and properly filed Support the recruitment team with additional admin and coordination tasks Requirements 3-5 years previous experience in hospitality- Essential Experience in administration ; recruitment support ; or similar roles- Beneficial Excellent English written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Reliable internet connection and a suitable work-from-home setup- Essential Proficiency in MS Office- Essential What We Offer Fully remote position Stable weekday working hours (08:00-17:00-MonFri) Full-time position Monthly salary of R7;500 (Negotiable and based on experience) Starting Date: December 2025
