Our client in the Engineering Consulting industry is looking for a Commercial Architect to join their team in Western Cape, Cape Town North area. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of commercial buildings such as office parks, retail centres, hotels, and mixed-use developments. Prepare and present detailed design proposals, drawings, and specifications. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, project managers, and contractors. Ensure compliance with building regulations, zoning laws, and health & safety requirements. Oversee project execution from concept to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. Integrate sustainable and innovative design practices into all projects. 🎓 Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture (SACAP registration required).
