This is a live-in position with meals provided. Key Responsibilities • Assisting the Head Chef with daily meal preparation and cooking • Ensuring all dishes meet the lodge’s quality and presentation standards • Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen • Managing kitchen stock and assisting with ordering supplies • Supporting kitchen staff and maintaining smooth kitchen operations • Adhering to health, safety, and hygiene standards Package • Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience • Live-in position • Three meals provided per day
