Her: At least 3–5 years management experience at a 4–5-star lodge/property Strong admin and financial background Excellent guest relations skills Reservations experience is a big advantage (this role includes being part of the reservations team) Confident managing a large lodge team with respect for local culture Him: Solid general maintenance experience (cars, plumbing, electrics, etc.) Comfortable managing a large lodge and reserve team Hands-on, proactive, and a great team motivator
