Job Title: Book Keeper CPT Location: City of Cape Town, Constantia, Constantia Nek Job Type: Permanent; Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Accounting Secondary Industry: Banking and Finance Job Duties: The Book Keeper CPT will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, preparing financial reports, and assisting with budget preparation. They will also handle payroll processing, tax calculations, and liaise with external auditors. Required Qualifications: The ideal candidate must possess a relevant accounting qualification, such as AAT or equivalent. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations is essential. Education: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred. Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles. Knowledge and Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, excellent numerical skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities are required.
