Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Stock Controller / Systems Manager for a luxury river lodge based in Zambia. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-end hospitality property offering excellent living conditions, growth potential, and a dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all bookkeeping functions including financial data entry, reconciliations, and reporting

• Oversee stock control processes ensuring accuracy and efficiency

• Manage systems and ensure their ongoing optimisation and functionality

• Provide support in the day-to-day operations relating to finance, stock, and administration

• Collaborate closely with housekeeping and operational departments

Requirements:

• A relevant tertiary qualification (3-year Bookkeeping Diploma or BCom degree preferred)

• Proven experience in bookkeeping, stock management, and systems coordination

• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

• Ability to live and work in a remote lodge environment

• Flexible and hands-on approach to operational support
