Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations, including fleet management and rentals
- Lead, coach, and manage branch staff
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Manage budgets, costs, and branch profitability
Requirements:
- Matric / Grade 12 minimum qualification
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in car rental, mobility, or a related operational/service industry
- Proven branch or multi-staff management experience
- Strong customer service and operational skills
- Financial and administrative acumen
- Own reliable transport
