About the Role
The Brand Manager will be responsible for driving the strategic growth and profitability of a national franchise restaurant. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned leader with extensive experience in managing complex operations, developing new stores, and fostering strong relationships with franchise partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full accountability for the performance, profitability, and strategic growth of the brand
- Oversight of franchise operations, financial performance, marketing execution, new store development, compliance, and team leadership
- Work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure the brand remains competitive, consistent, and customer-focused while delivering strong financial returns
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Operations or related field
- Minimum 58 years experience in a senior multi-site or franchise management role within the restaurant, retail, or hospitality sector
- Strong financial acumen with proven experience managing budgets and P&L accountability
- Demonstrated experience in franchise relationship management
- Experience in new store development and site evaluation advantageous

- Formal education/certifications (Bachelor’s, LLB, Matric, etc.)
