We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Broker to join our team, specialising in Risk (Life) and Commercial Short-Term Insurance . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in building long-term client relationships, delivering tailored insurance solutions, and ensuring clients peace of mind through expert advice. About the Role: As a Broker in our company, you will be responsible for identifying client needs, structuring suitable cover, and delivering exceptional after-sales service. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client portfolio, ranging from individuals to corporate businesses, ensuring they are protected against lifes uncertainties and commercial risks. Minimum Requirements: NQF 5 and RE 5 Relevant degree in: Financial Management, Economics, Business Administration At least 2 years proven experience as a Broker Strong knowledge of insurance products, policies, and industry regulations. Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills. Target-driven with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed needs analysis and provide tailored insurance solutions. Source new clients and manage an existing client portfolio. Negotiate and structure insurance cover to suit client needs. Provide ongoing policy reviews and after-sales support. Ensure compliance with industry legislation and company standards.
