About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Developer to join our team in Johannesburg, South Africa. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities within the UK IT market. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and contribute to the growth and success of our company.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the UK IT market
- Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, outreach, discovery calls, pitching, negotiation, and closing
- Consistently secure 12 new client wins per month
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers
- Develop tailored recruitment solutions aligned to client hiring needs
- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure successful placements and ongoing client satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or a related field, preferably in the IT industry
- Strong understanding of the UK IT market trends, hiring demands, and competitor activity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Salary & Benefits
R 15000 – R 25000 per annum, depending on experience.
