Mirna Butler Recruitment is recruiting for our client, a reputable facility based in Perth, Western Australia. This opportunity is ideal for skilled butchers who are ready to take their expertise abroad and build a stable future in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform precise and efficient meat cutting, boning, and trimming
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
• Operate and maintain butchery equipment
• Work as part of a team to meet production targets
• Ensure compliance with Australian meat processing regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a butcher (blokman) in a commercial environment
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of meat cuts
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
• Willingness to relocate to Australia
• Experience in export abattoirs will be advantageous

Remuneration:

• Annual salary between AUD $75,000 and $85,000
• Plus 12% superannuation (employer contribution to retirement fund)
