Client Experience Expert (B2C) One of East Africas long-standing and most respected safari companies POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking a passionate Client Experience Expert to join our dynamic safari team. This role is central to ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional and seamless journeyfrom pre-travel planning to their return home. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background, a deep understanding of the safari travel industry, and a commitment to delivering experiences that exceed expectations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Provide professional and proactive client communication via email and phone. Manage the guest journey from enquiry through to post-travel feedback. Create personalized travel experiences that align with the companys premium safari standards. Ensure all client interactions reflect excellence, care, and attention to detail. Collaborate with operations and reservations teams to deliver flawless itineraries. REQUIREMENTS Matric certificate (essential). 35 years experience within the travel or safari industry . Proven customer service and telesales skills. Experience with Bazaruto or similar quoting/reservation systems (advantageous). Safari reservations experience essential. Diploma in Travel & Tourism or relevant tertiary qualification (advantageous).
