Job Summary

Job Purpose:

The Commercial Operations Manager will lead the company’s commercial excellence journey, driving operational efficiencies and strategic initiatives that support the company’s Future26 Strategy. This role involves leading a team to optimize trade asset management, enhance route-to-market strategies, develop sales capabilities, and drive key commercial operations functions. The manager will also lead key project workstreams within the Go-To-Market (GTM) Project, impacting areas such as customer-centric account teams, chilled portfolio distribution, and eCommerce expansion.

Requirements:

Education:
A relevant university degree (e.g., Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance).

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in the FMCG sector, with a proven track record in commercial operations, sales, or project management.
• Strong experience in supply chain management and end-to-end sales operations.  

Skills & Knowledge:

• Proficient in SAP (Sales Force Automation/SFA experience is a strong plus).
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for analysis and presentations.
• Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools, particularly Microsoft Power BI.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and drive results.
• Experience in project management, particularly complex cross-functional projects.

Leadership & Communication:

• Proven ability to manage and influence stakeholders across different functions and levels of the organization.
• Comfortable leading a team and creating followership across diverse groups.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with fluency in English.

• Strong commercial mindset with a passion for driving change and improving operational efficiency.
• Self-driven, motivated, and proactive in learning and expanding responsibilities.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to focus on critical tasks and project scoping.

Additional Information:
