We’re looking for a Company Secretarial Officer to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to manage a portfolio of clients and ensure they remain fully compliant with company secretarial statutory requirements. What you’ll be doing: Managing client portfolios and attending to statutory compliance Handling registrations, amendments, deregistrations, and reinstatements with regulatory bodies Preparing and implementing documentation Director and auditor changes Amendments to MOIs, share capital changes, and conversions Share allotments, transfers, and buybacks Dividend declarations and annual returns Maintaining and updating company registers, statutory files, and beneficial ownership records Drafting resolutions, minutes, and confirmation letters Liaising with clients, management, and regulators What we’re looking for: Matric essential, with arelevant qualification in Company Secretarial (CGISA or equivalent) completed or in progress 4-6 years’ experience in a similar role within an accounting, audit, or legal firm Strong knowledge of the Companies Act, Close Corporations Act, and statutory compliance processes Proficiency in Microsoft Office (cosec software experience advantageous) Excellent attention to detail, organisational ability, and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines What’s in it for you?
