About the Role
An exciting opportunity has become available as Corporate Executive Chef with a speciality casual dining group expanding their operations across Qatar & beyond. We are seeking a seasoned culinary leader to provide strategic leadership and culinary direction across all kitchen operations, including central kitchen, ensuring culinary excellence, food innovation, consistent quality, operational efficiency, and people leadership and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and culinary direction across all kitchen operations
- Ensure culinary excellence and consistency across all outlets
- Develop and implement menu engineering, food costing, and recipe development strategies
- Implement production planning and kitchen management systems to optimize efficiency
- Manage budgets and financials to achieve operational efficiency
Requirements
- Previous senior experiences in the GCC
- Multi-brand and multi-outlet culinary operations experience within restaurant groups at an Exec Chef or Corporate level
- Expert knowledge of menu engineering, food costing, and recipe development
- Proficiency in kitchen management systems and production planning
- Strong financial acumen in cost management and budgeting
Qualifications
- Diploma in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Management / Hospitality Management
