Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control project budgets across multiple sites
- Track project expenses and prepare cost reports for management
- Analyse variances between estimated and actual costs
- Support procurement and planning teams with cost forecasting
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and financial risks
- Coordinate with project managers, quantity surveyors, and finance teams
- Ensure cost control procedures comply with company standards
Requirements
- Proven experience of 5+ years in cost control engineering within the UAE construction/contracting industry
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking
- Proficient in cost management tools and ERP systems
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
