Job Summary
Hire Resolves client is urgently seeking the expertise of a Cost Manager in Montenegro.
Key
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Registered with SACQSP and/or MRICS
- 5-7 Years experience in Residential and Leisure (Hotel / Resorts) projects
- Strong pre-contract experience and have managed and executed of multiple package procurement, with strong reporting up stream.
- Proven track record of working and negotiation FIDIC contracts.
- Proficient in CostX, DimX and WinQS
- Permanent role in Montenegro
