About the Role
We are seeking a visionary and commercially astute Country Director to oversee multiple high-end properties within an exclusive luxury safari group in Tanzania. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, brand integrity, financial discipline, and sustainable growth across the cluster.

Requirements
- 8 years’ senior operational leadership experience within luxury hospitality, safari, or eco-tourism environments
- Proven track record managing multi-property / multi-site operations with consistent delivery of exceptional luxury guest experiences
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrable financial oversight, budget accountability, and cost control experience
