Currently searching for a Data Science and AI Lead with AWS Cloud experience and a passion for innovation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
• 10+ years’ experience in Data Science, AI, or ML roles
• 3+ years plus in a leadership role
• Experience deploying ML models in production using AWS (SageMaker, Redshift ML, Glue, Lambda)
• Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and SQL
• Knowledge of predictive analytics, NLP, recommendation systems, or forecasting
• Leadership experience and ability to mentor high-performing teams

Responsible:

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of ML and AI solutions
• Build and operationalise MLOps frameworks for scalable models
• Partner with business stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes
• Ensure ethical AI practices, explainability, and governance
• Inspire and lead a team of data scientists and ML engineers
