A dynamic global group with a focus on innovation topics as well as comprehensive IT solutions and Global Team collaboration driving experiences with a deep insight into the compliance and IT Methodology processes is recruiting for an AI Consultant /Data Scientist to offer a deep insight into the compliance and IT Methodology processes, with the ability to offer an extended vested interest in the success and sustainability of the group.

Responsibilities:

• Assessing the department’s current AI maturity and identifying opportunities to leverage AI to improve business processes, decision-making, and outcomes.
• Designing and implementing AI solutions, including developing machine learning models, automating workflows, and integrating AI into existing systems.
• Providing training, coaching, and hands-on support to help our IT developers, functional consultants, business analysts.
• Serving as a subject matter expert and thought leader on AI, educating stakeholders and the department on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Collaborating cross-functionally to translate technical AI concepts into business value and get buy-in for AI initiatives.
• Continuously monitoring the performance of AI solutions and adjusting optimize their effectiveness.
• Any additional responsibilities assigned in terms of the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter.

Qualifications and Experience:

• BSc in Statistics, Informatics, or Computer Science
• NLP/NLU Technology Integration
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Python (preferred), DevOps, and Cloud Management (AWS Sagemaker, EC2, S3).
• Experience in machine learning, automation, and change management.
• Languages: Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Tools: GitHub, Jira, Confluence, PyCharm, VSCode
• OS: Windows, Linux, Unix
