About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and creative Demi Chef De Partie to join our team at HotelJobs, working in a premium wine estate in Paarl. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing modern and contemporary lunchtime cuisine and more formal intimate evening fine dining dinners. They will also produce tailor-made dinners for 3 Private Villas on the Wine Estate served by Butlers and Sommeliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare modern and contemporary lunchtime cuisine
- Assist in the preparation of formal dinner menus
- Produce tailor-made dinners for Private Villas
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff
Requirements
- Previous work experience within top fine dining establishments preferred
- Positive work attitude, commitment, and good organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Passionate about the culinary arts and energy to work in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent formal education in Culinary Arts or related field
