A company with 3 hotels, also offering day safaris lunch, is seeking an experienced hotel duty manager meeting the following specifications: Tertiary qualification an advantage Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in game lodges or hotels with over 25 rooms Experience in Front Office as well as F&B management in supervisory capacity (ie not a receptionist or waiter) Strong on guest liaison Drivers licence essential Must be accustomed to living in a small town, away from the city.
