Job Title: Electrical Engineers (Jnr + Snr)

Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:
- Location Requirement: Candidates should either be South African residents currently living in the Netherlands or South Africans willing to relocate to the Netherlands.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience:
- Junior Engineers: 1-4 years of experience in electrical engineering or related fields.
- Senior Engineers: 5+ years of relevant experience, with a proven track record in electrical system design and project management.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in electrical design software such as AutoCAD, ETAP, MATLAB, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of electrical system design, power distribution, and energy management.
- Languages: Fluent in Afrikaans.
Beneficial requirements:
- Experience in the energy, industrial, or automation sectors.
- Familiarity with international electrical codes and standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Electrical System Design & Implementation: Develop and design electrical systems, components, and equipment that meet project specifications, safety standards, and client requirements.
- Testing and Troubleshooting: Perform system testing, identify faults, and implement solutions to optimize performance and minimize downtime.
- Project Management: For senior engineers, oversee and manage electrical engineering projects, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, civil, etc.) to integrate electrical systems into larger project frameworks.
- Documentation & Compliance: Prepare detailed technical reports, drawings, and specifications. Ensure all designs meet industry standards, safety codes, and regulations.
- Mentoring & Support: For senior engineers, provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering growth and knowledge sharing within the team.
