About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive, tech-savvy Executive Assistant with 3–6 years’ experience supporting senior leaders in fast-paced startups, fintech, or crypto environments. This is a strategic, executive-level role that requires owning calendars, communications, travel, and workflows while acting as a trusted partner to leadership across global time zones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Draft communications, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Coordinate projects and workflows using Asana, Notion, Slack, Zoom, Calendly, and other productivity tools.
  • Serve as the liaison for international clients, investors, and teams.
  • Maintain confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years as an Executive Assistant in startups, fintech, crypto, legal, or finance.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong tech proficiency and comfort with remote collaboration tools.
  • Experience managing international schedules and stakeholders.

Qualifications

No formal education or certifications are required for this role. Relevant experience is the primary qualification.
