About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our internationally branded hospitality group based in a remote location at their Kenyan property. As the lead culinary expert, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences while managing daily operations, finances, and staff development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily culinary operations
- Prepare financials, budget, and costings, including CAPEX and OPEX
- Maintain high levels of hygiene and safety standards
- Develop and implement staff training programs
- Design and engineer menus to meet the group’s luxury hospitality standards
Requirements
- Sub-Saharan African location experience ( MUST be specified)
- Single or spousal travel only due to remote location
- Luxury hospitality/ international hotel experience
- At least 3 years of similar executive chef experience
- Ability to work in a remote location with limited staff support
- Traveling as single status or spousal only
Salary & Benefits
Up to $4000 per annum, plus benefits
