Job Description

Requirements: Grade 12 (Matric) 35 years experience in Exports / Logistics / Supply Chain / Shipping Strong knowledge of export documentation and customs processes Experience working with SAP (essential) Computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, reporting) Knowledge of Incoterms and SARS export compliance Strong administrative and organisational skills Job Duties: Plan and coordinate export shipments via road, rail, sea, or air Prepare and manage export documentation and customs records Capture and process export orders on SAP Liaise with warehouse, transporters, and customers regarding shipments Monitor deliveries and provide regular status updates to clients Ensure compliance with SARS, Incoterms, and export regulations Maintain accurate shipping records and archive documentation Assist with customer queries, reporting, and export administration Support export planning, forecasting, and age analysis meetings Skills & Competencies Excellent communication skills High attention to detail Ability to work independently and in a team Strong planning and coordination ability Good problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Salary: Market related How to apply:
