- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in milling, bakery, or related fields (e.g., working with automatic pastry makers in bread or flour production plants).
- Background or knowledge of electrical work is essential.
- Previous experience in the food manufacturing industry is required.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- A mechanically and scientifically minded individual with attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain extruder machines efficiently to produce high-quality pasta or pastry products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine or production issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality standards.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene protocols in the production area.
Perform routine maintenance and minor electrical work as needed.
