Responsibilities:
Client Service Excellence : Assist guests with accommodation inquiries, making sure all correspondence is up-to-date and accurate. Personalized Guest Care : Attend to special requests and needs, ensuring every guest has a memorable stay. Operational Coordination : Liaise with departments including the Night Manager, restaurant, functions, and housekeeping to meet guest expectations. Financial Management : Manage and submit accommodation invoices, ensuring proper allocation for weddings, conferences, and other events. Team Collaboration : Work closely with the Hospitality Manager and Front of House team to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. General Administration : Perform administrative tasks, including updating RoomRaccoon and managing accommodation bookings as per event specifications. Additional
Responsibilities:
The role may also involve supporting the Wedding Coordinator and assisting in other tasks as required, ensuring the smooth operation of all guest-facing activities. What We Are Looking For: Experience & Skills : Previous experience in a similar role within a hospitality company or estate , ideally in a wine estate or luxury accommodation setting. Excellent interpersonal and supervisory skills. Strong organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail. Proficient in both English and Afrikaans . Solid administrative and strong communication skills (via phone, email, in-person). A professional and polished demeanor. The ability to work irregular hours, including weekends and public holidays. A team-oriented individual who enjoys working with people and providing top-tier customer service.
