We are looking for a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee and maintain the smooth operation of our F&B department. This role is key to ensuring our guests receive an exceptional hospitality experience, aligned with our company standards and Secret Sauce.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the lodges Food & Beverage department

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 15 staff members

• Handle F&B administration, stock control, and reporting

• Deliver excellent service standards while creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere

• Support lodge management with operational requirements

Requirements

• Previous management experience in hospitality (preferably in a lodge environment)

• Strong people-management & administrative skills

• Natural host with a passion for service excellence

• Knowledge of fine dining, wine lists & silver service is beneficial but not essential

• Preference will be given to candidates from the local area
