??? ??????????? ??????????? is partnering with a stunning property in the Cederberg Mountain with self-accommodation to recruit a hands-on ????? ?? ????? to join their team.

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Front of House with a relevant qualification and at least two years’ experience, preferably in a 4* or 5* lodge. The ideal candidate has excellent guest service, communication, and teamwork skills, is fluent in English and Afrikaans, and is proficient in Microsoft Office. Strong F&B and front-of-house experience are essential, while a third language and valid First Aid certification are advantageous.

Requirements

At least 2 years experience in a similar role in a 4 or 5* lodge environment.

Sound knowledge of overall FOH & BOH operations.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Guest-focused with a keen eye for detail and exceptionally high service standards.

Strong knowledge of food & beverage/ Waiter & Bar tending skills.

Excellent English & Afrikaans communication skills.

Valid drivers license.

Sound employment history with contactable references.
