About the Role
E-Merge, a global tech team, is seeking a Full Stack PHP + JavaScript Developer to join our Cape Town hybrid team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining full-stack web applications across React, PHP, cloud, and modern web apps from end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain full-stack web applications (PHP + React)
- Work on a complex Symfony backend (migrating to Laravel)
- Enhance ReactJS & ElectronJS applications
- Deploy and manage environments in Azure
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Scope, estimate, and plan development work
- Ensure performance, scalability, and security across platforms
