Ons klint, wat gele is te Porterville, is op soek na n goed betroubare en pligsgetroue persoon om n sleutelrol in die bestuur van die dag-tot-dag funksies te kan verrig.

- Die suksesvolle kandidaat sal persoonlik verantwoordelik wees vir en die fisiese uitvoering van alle kern graanproduksie-aktiwiteite, insluitend:
- Plant
- Stroop
- Bemesting
- Herstel, diens en instandhouding van plaasvoertuie, trekkers en landbou-implemente
- Toesig oor daaglikse plaasaktiwiteite en personeel waar van toepassing
- Verantwoordelik vir ordelike bestuur van toerusting en werksomgewingsveiligheid
MINIMUM VEREISTES
- Graad 12
- Minimum 3 jaar ervaring in graanboerdery
- Uitstekende meganiese kennis en praktiese vaardighede
- Vermo om seisoenaal onder druk te werk en bereid om langure te werk
- Goeie probleemoplossings- en besluitnemingsvaardighede
- Geldige bestuurslisensie
- Tersire landbou kwalifikasie sal n voordeel wees
- Meganiese kennis van spesifiek New Holland trekkers en stropers kan voordelig wees.
