This magnificent 5* luxury Villa & Manor House in the Paarl Winelands offers a choice of accommodation facilities with elegantly crafted cuisine centered around the regions famous wines. ProStaffSelect are in search of a HEAD CHEF and HOTEL MANAGEMENT COUPLE to oversee, coordinate and inspire exceptional quality service and cuisine. REQUIREMENTS – HEAD CHEF: Professional Cheffing Qualification and advanced skill level At least 5 years experience at a senior management level in a top kitchen Skilled in Hot, Cold production with Pastry Skills to oversee and motivate standards Strong leader and motivator of others with a passion for training local staff Experienced in menu design and creation including menu and recipe costing and budgeting Solid understanding of business controls, profit and loss and GP calculations REQUIREMENTS – HOTEL OPERATIONS MANAGER: . Matric and a Hotel, Tourism or Hospitality Management tertiary qualification . At least 5 – 10 years’ experience in senior management within a luxury 5-star establishment . Proven experience in hospitality management, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction . Highly organised individual who shows great attention to detail in all areas . Excellent communication skills (Afrikaans and English) essential . Willingness to work weekends and public holidays . Equally comfortable working in & assisting with Wine Tastings, Housekeeping, Kitchen, Restaurant & Gardens . Strong computer skills (MC Office and Point of Sale Systems) . Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport. . Presentable, professional, service orientated with a passion for customer service
