Kendrick Recruitment is on the hunt for a top-tier Head Guide to join a world-class luxury lodge nestled in the heart of the North West bushveld. This is not your average 9-to-5 it’s for someone who lives and breathes the wild, has a passion for conservation, and knows how to deliver an unforgettable safari experience with style.

? Whats the Role All About?

* Leading game drives that leave guests speechless (in a good way!)

* Mentoring and managing a team of field guides and trackers

* Keeping the vehicles, rifles, and gear in top-notch shape

* Delivering world-class guest experiences and sharing expert bush knowledge

* Working closely with lodge management to uphold luxury standards

? What Theyre Looking For:

* FGASA Level 2 (minimum)

* Valid ARH, PDP, First Aid, and DEAT registration

* A natural leader with previous Head Guide experience preferred

* Strong people skills both with guests and team members

* Well-presented, professional, and passionate about guiding

* Someone who thrives in the bush and isnt afraid to get their hands dirty
