Key Responsibilities:  

• Define and implement growth strategies to drive revenue, market share, and customer acquisition 

• Lead market analysis, competitive intelligence, and opportunity mapping across Africa and global emerging markets 

• Partner with the executive team to refine business models, evaluate strategic partnerships, and explore new revenue streams 

• Drive digital product innovation and expansion strategies in line with customer needs and market trends 

Job Experience and Skills Required: 

• 8+ years of experience in FinTech, financial services, or digital platforms, with at least 3 years in a senior strategy or growth leadership role 

• Strong background in corporate strategy, business development, or scaling digital products 

• Proven ability to deliver sustainable revenue growth and market expansion 

• Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
