FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER OPPORTUNITY – Stellenbosch R40 000 R50 000ctc A prestigious luxury establishment is looking for an experienced Front of House Hotel Manager to oversee and elevate the guest experience from arrival to departure. If you have a passion for hospitality, exceptional leadership skills, and thrive in a high-end environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Key Responsibilities Oversee all Front Office operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience. Manage and support guest relations officers, night auditors, and duty managers. Address guest needs and resolve complaints efficiently. Brief team members daily on VIP guests, special events, and key updates. Maintain clear communication between departments. Prepare and coordinate staff rosters for optimal guest service coverage. Ensure professional conduct, grooming, and standards are upheld. Handle disciplinary actions and ensure a motivated team. Conduct regular petty cash checks and end-of-month reconciliations. Implement and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed. Requirements Hospitality qualification (Diploma/Degree) 4-5 years of management experience (preferably in a 5-star environment) Must have own transport and prepared to work in Stellenbosch Strong computer and administrative skills Fluent in English with excellent communication skills Ability to work under pressure and independently Guest-focused with outstanding interpersonal skills Comfortable engaging with distinguished clientele Professional, well-presented, and enthusiastic Strong leadership with flexibility and accountability Must be South African Citizen Are you ready to lead in a world-class hospitality setting?
