Job Title: Hotel General Manager (GM) – Democratic Republic of the Congo Job Description: Primary Industry: Travel, Leisure, Tourism and Hospitality Job Duties: Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth running of all departments Develop and implement strategies to maximise hotel revenue and profitability Manage and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licencing regulations Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally Monitor and control hotel expenses and budgets Required Qualifications: Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager or similar role Excellent leadership and communication skills Strong understanding of hotel operations and industry trends Ability to make quick decisions and solve problems effectively Must be able to speak french Education: A degree in Hospitality Management or related field Experience: Happy to take on someone looking for growth that has been a director of FNB and rooms divion manager.
