What Were Looking For Were searching for a hospitality professional who leads with warmth, confidence, and precision, someone who understands that leadership is about service and creating connection. The ideal candidate will have: A valid South African ID A Matric certificate (Grade 12) A hospitality qualification (advantageous) Minimum 2 years Front Office Supervisory or Reception Shift Leader experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional demeanour Confidence in handling guest enquiries, feedback, and complaints with empathy and efficiency Experience with hotel property management systems (Opera preferred) Strong organisational ability, reliability, and attention to detail Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays A calm, motivating leadership style and a team-first mindset What Youll Do Lead the front desk team to deliver seamless, welcoming service from check-in to check-out Maintain a professional and efficient lobby atmosphere while managing guest flow and room allocations Handle guest queries and resolve challenges with care and professionalism Mentor; motivate, and develop your team to reflect The President Hotels commitment to service excellence Collaborate with housekeeping, concierge, and reservations to ensure smooth operations Uphold impeccable standards of presentation and service in all front office areas Lead by example, setting the tone for professionalism, warmth, and teamwork Why Join The President?
