Were seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the strategic direction of sales, marketing, and revenue performance. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving market growth, identifying new business opportunities, and positioning the hotel as a preferred destination for corporate, leisure, and group travel. What youll do: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy goals Drive new business across corporate, leisure, MICE, and group segments Lead and inspire a small, dynamic team including the Digital Marketing Coordinator Strengthen client relationships through proactive sales calls, site inspections, and partnerships Oversee digital and traditional marketing initiatives to enhance visibility and engagement Collaborate closely with Revenue, Operations, and Reservations to ensure service excellence What youll bring: 58 years experience in hotel sales and marketing management (4- or 5-star environment preferred) Proven success in achieving revenue and market share growth Strong understanding of corporate, leisure, and MICE markets Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills Qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Hospitality Management preferred If youre passionate about hospitality, driven by results, and ready to make your mark in the Cape Winelands, wed love to hear from you.
