A prestigious 5-star lodge is seeking a professional and experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead the housekeeping function across guest suites, public areas, and lodge laundry. This is a key leadership role focused on maintaining exceptional cleanliness and aesthetic standards, while also managing team performance, stock control, and departmental budgets. ????????????: Oversee the day-to-day operations of housekeeping and laundry across all guest and public area Maintain exceptional cleanliness, presentation, and aesthetic standards aligned with 5-star expectations Train, motivate, and lead a large housekeeping team to uphold brand standards Ensure accurate procurement and stock control within the department Manage and monitor housekeeping budgets and cost controls Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental protocols Demonstrate strong administrative and computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email Show high levels of attention to detail, reliability, and consistent follow-through Possess strong communication and people management skills Be physically fit, adaptable, and capable of working in a remote lodge environment ??????
