is currently partnering with an award winning 5* property in the Sabi Sand, to recruit an experienced to join their team. A prestigious 5-star lodge is seeking a professional and experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead the housekeeping function across guest suites, public areas, and lodge laundry. This is a key leadership role focused on maintaining exceptional cleanliness and aesthetic standards, while also managing team performance, stock control, and departmental budgets. : ● Oversee the day-to-day operations of housekeeping and laundry across all guest and public area ● Maintain exceptional cleanliness, presentation, and aesthetic standards aligned with 5-star expectations ● Train, motivate, and lead a large housekeeping team to uphold brand standards ● Ensure accurate procurement and stock control within the department ● Manage and monitor housekeeping budgets and cost controls ● Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental protocols ● Demonstrate strong administrative and computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email ● Show high levels of attention to detail, reliability, and consistent follow-through ● Possess strong communication and people management skills ● Be physically fit, adaptable, and capable of working in a remote lodge environment – On application with live-in benefits ➡️ – Although we appreciate all applications received, we will only reply to those candidates who have the background and experience required.
