A prestigious 5-star lodge is seeking a professional and experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead the housekeeping function across guest suites, public areas, and lodge laundry. This is a key leadership role focused on maintaining exceptional cleanliness and aesthetic standards, while also managing team performance, stock control, and departmental budgets. : · Oversee the day-to-day operations of housekeeping and laundry across all guest and public area · Maintain exceptional cleanliness, presentation, and aesthetic standards aligned with 5-star expectations · Train, motivate, and lead a large housekeeping team to uphold brand standards · Ensure accurate procurement and stock control within the department · Manage and monitor housekeeping budgets and cost controls · Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental protocols · Demonstrate strong administrative and computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email · Show high levels of attention to detail, reliability, and consistent follow-through · Possess strong communication and people management skills · Be physically fit, adaptable, and capable of working in a remote lodge environment – On application with live-in benefits ➡️ – Although we appreciate all applications received, we will only reply to those candidates who have the background and experience required.
