Job Summary
Responsibilities:
· Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
· Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
· Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
· Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
· Assist in organizing training and development programs.
· Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
· Prepare HR reports and presentations as needed.
· Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor`s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Previous experience in an HR role, within an educational organization (Schools).
· Strong organizational and administrative skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
· Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
· Knowledge of the British curriculum is a plus.
