Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience: 1 – 10 years of experience in Integrated Logistics Support or a similar engineering support role.
• Languages: Fluent in Afrikaans.
• Ideal age range for candidates: 23–32 years.

Beneficial requirements:

• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of ILS principles, maintenance planning, and system life cycle management.
• Proficient in logistics and engineering software (e.g., SAP, AutoCAD).
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex logistical challenges.
• Personal Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Develop and manage Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) plans for systems.

• Create maintenance strategies to optimize system performance and reduce downtime.

• Manage documentation, including maintenance schedules and spare parts requirements.
