Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:
- Degree in Engineering or related technical field.
- Experience in defense or combat systems.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Location Requirement: Candidates should either be South African residents currently living in the Netherlands or South Africans willing to relocate to the Netherlands.
- Fluency in Afrikaans (both written and spoken).
Beneficial requirements:
- Knowledge of military and defense standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Oversee combat systems development and implementation.
- Manage a multidisciplinary team for project success.
- Ensure compliance with technical and defense standards.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables.
- Report project progress to higher management.
