South Africa: Irrigation Supervisor

Minimum requirements: At least 3 years hands-on experience supervising irrigation systems in agriculture, forestry, or large-scale horticultural projects Strong technical knowledge of pumps, valves, sprinklers, drip irrigation, and water distribution systems Computer literate; able to use software for irrigation planning, monitoring, and record-keeping Comfortable with basic calculations and water flow measurements Basic understanding of tree and plant water requirements, soil moisture management, and irrigation scheduling Ability to lead, coordinate, and motivate a small irrigation team Reliable transport and residence close to Stellenbosch for consistent oversight Strong problem-solving skills; able to troubleshoot technical issues and implement practical solutions Consultant: Damion Le Roux – Dante Personnel Cape Town
