Job Description: Evaluate credit risk within a defined portfolio Make credit decisions within your mandate and ensure sound risk management Implement scorecards and affordability models to optimize lending strategies Drive automation and process improvements in credit management Skills & Experience: Strong knowledge of credit management processes and controls Ability to lead and collaborate across diverse teams Qualification: Completed BCom degree (or equivalent). Minimum 2 years experience in financial services or credit management within the retail industry .
